JANE CAMPION's slow burn romance THE PIANO with an all star cast gets a well deserved re-boot this week only on 4K! MICHAEL MANN's MANHUNTER seems to find a new level of hype with each year that passes.As the lore around HANNIBAL has splintered into a dozen adaptations of varying success, MANHUNTER has emerged as perhaps the greatest serial killer film of all time celebrating 40 years at the top of the heap!  A few other items to note, tonite is a rare 16MM screening of SPACE AMOEBA the alien invasion flick from TOHO 1970 and WET HOT AMERICAN SUMMER celebrates a 25yr milestone as well, while TX AT THE TEXAS series plays LAST PICTURE SHOW on 35MM upstairs.
